A waterpark is always a good option if you want to have a day out with the family and if you are in Dubai, the Wild Wadi water park is one of the best. The warm weather in this part of the world makes this a very popular attraction. The Wild Wadi park has a classic Arabian theme and there are rides and different activities for people of all ages.

There are pools designed for relaxation or you can make the most of the private cabanas. There are playground areas for the kids and adults should be warned not to stand too close to the giant tipping bucket if they don’t want to end up soaked to the skin!

The water park covers 12 acres and has around 30 different rides and attractions in total. Many of these are linked up so visitors can go from one ride to another and they don’t even have to get out of the water if they don’t want to.

Why not try the Master Blasters? This is where the rider sits within an inflatable ring and is sent uphill by a very powerful jet of water. Breaker’s Bay is the Middle East’s largest wave pool and it is a favourite with visitors of all ages. When you have finished swimming the Wadi Wash is a sound and light show that is creative and entertaining. The park is also home to a number of shops and restaurants, so you can really spend the whole day here and not get bored.
